Every Atelier Kirk piece travels fully tracked and fully insured. Here is exactly how, when and where it reaches you.

Where we ship
We ship worldwide. The great majority of our pieces travel to the United States and across the European Union, but we are happy to send your jewellery almost anywhere a trusted, tracked courier reaches.
If your destination is not offered at checkout, write to us at service@atelierkirk.com and we will do our best to arrange a route for you.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free, fully insured, on every order over €150. Below that threshold a modest standard fee applies; the exact amount is calculated for your address and shown clearly at checkout before you pay. There are never hidden handling charges.
All prices on the site are in euro (€). Gift packaging is always included, at no extra cost.
Carriers & methods
Your order is dispatched with established premium carriers and, for higher-value pieces, secure express services. Every parcel is sent tracked and insured for its full value from our atelier to your door, in discreet, unbranded packaging for security.
Processing & delivery times
Each piece is checked and prepared by hand. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once on its way, estimated transit times are:
- European Union: approximately 2–4 business days.
- United States: approximately 4–8 business days.
- Rest of the world: approximately 7–9 business days.
These windows are estimates from dispatch and exclude any time held in customs. They are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Order tracking
As soon as your order leaves us, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel at every step. If a tracking update has not reached you within two business days of ordering, please contact us at service@atelierkirk.com and we will look into it straight away.
Customs, duties & import taxes
For destinations outside the European Union — including the United States — any import duties, taxes or customs fees levied by the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the price shown at checkout.
These charges are set by your local customs authority and are billed directly to you, usually by the carrier before delivery. We have no control over them and cannot estimate or refund them. If you are unsure, please check the rules for your country before ordering.
Incorrect or undeliverable addresses
Please review your delivery address carefully — we can only ship to the address you provide. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, or because it went unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; a further shipping charge may apply. If you spot a mistake, email service@atelierkirk.com immediately and we will try to correct it before dispatch.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
Because every shipment is insured for its full value, you are protected. If your parcel is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to be lost in transit, contact us at service@atelierkirk.com and we will open a claim with the carrier and put it right — with a replacement or full refund. Please keep all packaging until any claim is resolved.
